Our spa area was designed to encourage calm, relaxation, and a deep connection with nature. You’ll find two outdoor hot tubs to soak in, a dry sauna to release tension, a cozy firepit to extend the moment, and a small lake, perfect for cold plunges.
The experience is yours to enjoy at your own pace, without pressure or pretension. Robes are available for rent to added comfort during your wellness ritual.

The Benefits of the Scandinavian Circuit
Ideal Timing for a Full Circuit
Inspired by Nordic traditions, the Scandinavian circuit alternates between heat, cold, and rest. This simple yet powerful ritual soothes the body, clears the mind, and gently brings you back to the present moment.
Moving from a hot spa to a cold plunge, followed by a period of rest, helps stimulate blood circulation, flush out toxins, strengthen the immune system, and leave you with a deep sense of well-being.
It’s also an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re a long-time spa lover or new to the experience, our natural setting is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
A complete cycle takes about 20 to 30 minutes and can be repeated 2 to 3 times for optimal benefits. Here’s the recommended rhythm:
Hot – 10 to 15 minutes
In the hot tub or dry sauna
→ Opens pores, relaxes muscles, stimulates blood flow.Cold – 30 seconds to 2 minutes
Cold shower, lake plunge, or cold tub
→ Tightens pores, boosts the immune system, and releases endorphins.Rest – 10 to 15 minutes
By the fire, in a hammock or lounge chair
→ Helps the body return to balance and absorb the benefits.
Total recommended duration: 1.5 to 2 hours, including 2 to 3 complete cycles.
