Arrival time: Starting at 4 p.m.

Departure time: Before 11:30 a.m.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 9 p.m.

In case of cancellation …

7 days and more before your stay: Full refund

3 to 6 days before your stay: We keep the 30% reservation deposit

48H before your stay: No refund, fullpayment of the reservation taken. If the reserved unit is rented again, we will issue a full refund

Terms & Conditions

The full amount is required when booking.
A security deposit of $ 200 will be blocked on your credit card within 2 days of your arrival. This will be released within 2 days of your departure if no damage has been caused
A cleaning fee of $ 120; will apply if there is a noticeable smell of drugs, cigarettes or the like in the room.
If for any reason the room requires additional cleaning, a charge of $ 75 will apply.
Any damage to the room or facilities resulting from negligence will be charged to the customer for the value of the damaged property.
The lodging tax of 3.5% per night is applicable for rentals of less than 30 days.
GST and QST apply to all of our services or sales.
By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his guests acknowledge having accepted the risks associated with their stay. Estonia cannot, under any consideration, be held responsible for injuries, accidents or illnesses.
During the stay, if there is a theft or loss or damage to the property of the tenant or his guests, Estonia cannot be held responsible.
All early departures or late arrivals may not be the subject of any refund or credit note.
No reimbursement or credit note will be allocated to the tenant due to problems arising from the weather as well as any unforeseen interruption of electricity services.
Estonia reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time and without notice if urgent work is necessary and to have it carried out.
The tenant agrees not to disturb other clients and residents of the area, and agrees to keep to a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Fireworks are prohibited.
